Answer: There are 3 possible reasons

Camera provides temporary hotspot (MVXXXXXXXX); This is only for WiFi setup propose, It can't be use for watching live. If the phone is connected to camera hotspot it will go offline after some time.If you are using mobile hotspot to provide internet then make sure the mobile hotspot is always near the camera.WiFi Range- Ideal Installation Location is within 15-20 Feet (with no interference) from WiFi Device. It's HD video camera and needs high quality WiFi network & high internet speed.
